CPCS Training Courses
The Construction Plant Competence Scheme or CPCS training scheme is designed to certify that, plant operators have the skills and abilities required for the job. The program includes a mix of professional competence, on-site experience, and health and safety awareness—the three key areas necessary for safe and effective plant operation.
CPCS training courses also cover the training for acquiring the Blue CPCS Competence Card. It shows that you have demonstrated a level of health and safety awareness through the safety and environment test of the CITB. It also underpins your previous knowledge with a CPCS theory test, operating ability through a CPCS practical test, and operating competence on the plant as evidenced by an NVQ or SVQ or employer confirmation of competence.
